is Not a Transportation Company
(accessible via skee.app) is exclusively a technology platform facilitating
non-commercial, peer-to-peer carpooling between private car owners and passengers traveling along identical
routes.
Important Notice:
does not own or operate any vehicles, does not employ drivers, and does not function as a taxi,
limousine, or commercial transportation provider. No contract of carriage exists between and platform
members.
2 "Al Basha" (Car Owner) Responsibilities & Discretion
Private vehicle owners ("Al Basha") who list empty seats on planned commutes agree to the following terms:
- Vehicle & Driver Qualifications: Car owners must possess a valid driver's license, active private vehicle registration, and valid motor insurance required by law.
- 100% Driving Discretion: "Al Basha" is fully responsible for vehicle operation, route choices, safety, and deciding which passenger booking requests to accept or decline.
- Road Safety: Car owners must adhere strictly to traffic regulations, speed limits, seatbelt mandates, and abstain from mobile phone distractions while driving.
3 Strict Non-Commercial Use & Cost-Sharing Limits
is strictly designed for fuel and toll cost sharing, not commercial profit.
Commercial Exploitation Prohibition
Using as a commercial taxi, unlicensed passenger shuttle, or profit-generating business is strictly
forbidden. Any user attempting to charge unreasonable surge fares, commercial profit rates, or operate as an
unauthorized carrier will face immediate account termination and permanent ban.
4 Community Safety & "Women Only" Trips
Safety, dignity, and mutual respect are non-negotiable core pillars of the community:
- Zero Harassment Policy: Verbal, physical, or sexual harassment, discrimination, or abusive language results in immediate, permanent account ban without warning and potential referral to law enforcement.
- "Women Only" Feature: Female members ("Ladies Only") have the absolute right to request or offer female-only carpool rides. Any male user attempting to bypass female-only filters will be banned immediately.
- Verification Trust: Users agree to complete mandatory identity verification (National ID check) to obtain the "Verified ✓" badge.
5 Limitation of Liability & Trip Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable laws:
- is not liable for trip delays, route deviations, trip cancellations, traffic
congestion, or weather disruptions.
- is not liable for personal property loss, vehicle damage, or disputes arising
between carpool participants during or after a trip.
- Members participate in carpooling voluntarily and assume personal responsibility for evaluating fellow carpoolers and maintaining personal safety.
6 Governing Law & Contact Information
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
